We make sure to keep your truck loaded, busy and moving efficiently. We handle COIs (insurance), W9 requests, broker contracts and carrier set ups, filling out and sending all the proper paperwork. You don’t have time to stop and fill them out and then scan, fax or email them back every time a broker requests that. We make sure you are up to date with them.

We have 10 years of experience dealing with all kinds of brokers out there. So, we know how to sort them out, for example, who is a reliable and excellent business and and other brokers that might have loads that cancel all the time, or double posted, or the ones that don’t pay on time or don’t pay at all. We research the companies and check their rating and experience before booking with them.

Searching and Negotiation

We search for loads throughout the day, checking multiple load boards, calling brokers, emailing, texting them, negotiating the best terms, like rates, dates and other conditions on your behalf.

Verification

We make sure to verify all the information when the loads are dispatched, we call clients, brokers, dealers, auctions, put them in order of pick up and delivery for you. We make sure to constantly check emails and answer phone calls in case there are problems, like brokers cancelling or calling or emailing for updates.

We make sure you get paid on time

We handle invoicing when you deliver your loads, we follow up and keep track of payments. We make sure that you are paid on time so that you don’t have to chase multiple brokers. We keep you informed on your payments every week.

Good Rating

We can get your rating up and keep growing positive ratings. We know how to avoid negative ratings, they can affect your business. Sometimes you get them unfairly, when you didn’t even deserve it. Sometimes brokers misunderstand, sometimes they don’t treat drivers fairly. We accept brand new carriers with no ratings on Central Dispatch. Other dispatch companies require you to have minimum 15-20 positive only rating. That might be hard for some owners that are just starting.

Driver Support

We are always there to assist you. Your dispatcher is there when you are faced with a problem that you might not know how to fix. We find the best solution for you, sometimes having dealt with similar problem in the past, we already know how to quickly resolve that.
